Enrollment Information for 2025-2026 at Beloit High School
Enrollment plans for the 2025-2026 school year begin in February with all of our 8th graders through juniors.
Wednesday, February 12th: Class/Elective Fair: We will host a Class/Elective Fair from 1:50 – 3:30 p.m. with all of our 7th graders through juniors. Students will hear about all of the course offerings available to them.
Thursday, February 13th: Parent Enrollment Meeting: We will host a Parent Enrollment Meeting in the Commons from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. (optional) to show our parents all of our enrollment offerings, BHS graduation requirements, Board of Regents requirements, and State of Kansas Scholar curriculum requirements, etc. There is no need for students to attend this meeting because it will be what they will be hearing in enrollment meetings with us and in the Class/Elective Fair. If you have attended this meeting before, it will be largely a repeat of previous information.
Wednesday, February 19th: We will be meeting with all four grades on February 19th. Each student will enroll online in his/her Course Planner in XELLO. Students' enrollment submissions and signed print outs will be due one week later - all on the same day, February 26th. Below is the enrollment schedule for the 19th:
2nd Hour: 8th Graders to be Freshmen
4th Hour: Freshmen to be Sophomores
6th Hour: Sophomores to be Juniors
8th Hour: Juniors to be Seniors
PRIDE Time: Available in the Commons to answer questions for students
Wednesday, February 26th: All enrollment needs to be submitted on Course Planner in XELLO and the signed submission paper needs to be turned in to Mrs. Eilert. By this point, students will have had a week to think about and choose their classes; during that time, they need to have had conversations with their parents about their courses, etc. Remember that although they have one week to submit their course selections, we can always make changes later if necessary.
