David Blochlinger, BES Assistant Principal

Please help us welcome our new Elementary Assistant Principal, Mr. David Blochlinger!

David is a 1989 graduate of Glasco High School and has dedicated the past 26 years to education, including 10 years teaching and 16 years in administration. His administrative experience includes: 5 years as Glasco’s K-12 Principal, 1 year as PreK-12 Principal at Damar/Palco, and 9 years as the 7-12 Principal at Goodland

David and his wife, Kala, have four adult children: daughters Stephanie, Haley, and Hadyn, and son Christopher.

David is excited to return to the area of Kansas where he grew up to reconnect with the communities he considers home, and where he knows a lot of good fishing and hunting spots. He shared, “Beloit, Concordia, and Glasco are all hometowns to me,” and added, “I’m excited and am looking forward to meeting the staff, students, and families that make up the Beloit Trojan family.”
